With a 2 wheel drive truck you definitely need a locker, and not a LSD. I personally would put a Detroit Locker in that truck, and be done with it. But that is just because I have had Detroits in trucks, and ARBs, and I prefer the simplicity and reliability of a Detroit in the back of a truck.

Just my .02 (and few years spent off roading) if all other factors are equal, a 2wd vehicle with a rear locker can be as or more capable than some 4 wds with open diffs or even a rear LSD.

BTW, "Posi" or "Positraction" is a GM term for a clutch type limited slip differential found in early muscle cars. Its a common misnomer.

thanks for the compliments. I've wanted a dodge for awhile and last year started working from home. When gas prices jumped I decided to buy and was able to get a good deal on this one used. And now when I do have to drive in traffic its a better feeling than being in my maxima.

That is crazy!

Here are some Ebay results. I just went through quickly and I am not sure if these even fit. There are more results along with some ring and pinions too.
