Default MOPAR Sport Utility Bars Roof or Bed

I'm looking on the MOPAR site and it lists sport utility bars for our trucks. The thing is that it is vague about whether or not they go in the bed or on the roof. I've seen pics of a RAM with a cargo basket mounted in the bed so I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure.

The Sport Utility bars mount to the Pickup Box Utility Rails. You can then mount the cargo basket to the Sport Utility bars. The Pickup Box Utility Rails mount to the side of the bed.

Here the info from the accessories catalog for the Pickup Box Utility Rails:
Pickup Box Utility Rails are constructed of bright anodized aluminum and enable for infinitely adjustable cargo box tie-down possibilities.
Utility Rails run the length of the bed sides. The middle channel of the Utility Rails are designed for attachment of a Sliding Toolbox and/or
Sliding Bed Divider. Sport Utility Bars can be added that include a T-Slot mounting feature for adding Bed Basket, Ski Carrier or Bike
Carriers. Utility Rails include 4 tie-down Cleats that unlock with a pull-and-twist action and can be locked in place every 3 1/4". Cleats are
rated at 320 lbs. each.

Here the info from the accessories catalog for the Sport Utility Bars:
Sport-Utility Bars mount to the original equipment side rails to expand carrier capacity from 32" to 50" and allow other roof top carriers to be
installed with ease. Bars are made of black or clear coated aluminum to help protect against corrosion, while T-slots allow for quick carrier
installation.

Hope this helps! I just order the Pickup Box Utility Rails and the Bed Divider just because I liked the integration of the two and the fact that I can put things top to bottom in the back of the bed for ease of removal and not have to worry about things sliding around.
