Tailgate liner question

Tailgate liner question
On our first road trip to Yosemite, the plastic liner Dodge installed on the top of my tailgate became loose. I tried re-inserting the plastic prongs into several holes in the metal gate and drove off; shouldn't have done that. Should have removed the darn narrow plastic strip and shown it to the dealer because 65 mph across the gate lifted it and now it's lost.
My Question: Would you replace this piece using OEM stuff from Dodge or buy something else after-market (if I can even find it... ).
Thanks ahead to all who answer.

Absolutely take it in! The dealer just ordered one for me and it WAS a RRT!

Searched Forum, here's the original note (thanks bigred):
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/4th-gen-ram/192411-trim-on-top-of-tailgate-came-off.html
The part number is: 55372052AE
RRT: 08-101
My dealer Parts Manager offered to replace it for free which is great news! I'll ask the technician to secure the darn thing in place with some sheet metal screws. I don't think there's much benefit to adding a seal around the bare metal since there are already a lot of holes in the tailgate, and a drain in the base. Still, I suspect it'll rush eventually. Any ideas?

In order to properly fit my roll top box cover, it was necessary to remove the tailgate liner for clearance reasons. The dealer did a spray-on liner, just for the tailgate. Nice finish. Might help with your potential rust problem too. Talk to your dealer, they have guys they use for this - might pay for the gate to be sprayed.
