MyGIG VES grayed out

MyGIG VES grayed out
Hi All,
Anybody else with a MyGIG (RER) with rear VES system?
Just find it weird that the VES button on MyGIG is grayed out. But I'm still able to play video on the back screen, but can not select SAT radio for VES or anything. Also, when the VES display is down, along the lower display, it shows a VES green icon, just like the green DVD icon when the DVD is loaded. But again the VES button is still grayed out! Works nothing like the manual.
Running Version 1.220
HW Part Number: 5064739AC
SH4: NTG4_RER_Dev_1.220 (Why does it have “Dev” in the string?)
it’s a Canadian version of the truck so NAVTV is disable.
Also tried engineering menus, and there are no VES options.
