Default leather cleaner/treatment for dashboard

Hey folks,
Just wanted to get your opinions based on your knowledge and experience.
Today I noticed two (small) stains on my dashboard. My dash is brown. The stains look white with only about 25% opacity to them. So, I can't say that they are right at your face, but now that I see them it bothers me and I'd like to get rid of them.

Any idea or suggestion of a good cleaner product or just a cleaning method that I can use to try and get rid of this???

Just as a side note, I tried clean cloth with water today and it didn't work, once the spot dries you can see the stains again.

Thank you.
