I had weathertec on my Cruiser and loved them. Was great for keeping the car cooler without risking rain getting into the windows.

Didn't notice any noise particular to them. Want them for the Ram we just picked up a couple weeks ago but couldn't find channel mount for a crew cab. Contacted them directly through their web site and the replied that they were currently in design and should be available to purchase in a couple more months.
