I have pictures on my computer, but when I try to insert them I am promped for a URL???

Here is some more detailed instructions:

-Head to imageshack and select browse, pick the picture you want to use from your computer
-select resize image and 640x480 from dropdown
-click on start upload
-once it has uploaded click on the small picture of what your posting.
-select the text on the direct box, this is the link you're going to put on this site
-copy that text and head over here
-when making your post click on the little mountain picture right above the text box
-paste the link you copied earlier and hit ok.
