Default Any 4x4 Ram Off-road / Trails Group Forums ??

Anybody know of any good Off-road / Trails group forums for 4x4 Rams (or Dodge or even full-size pickups in general) ??
With the weather firming up, and a new '09 Ram 4x4 in the garage, it's time to find a group to tag onto and get some feel for how this baby does off-road. I'm not really looking for a Rock-Crawl focus nor other extreme off-road, but rather trail riding. And while there are a few Jeep groups that are open to other full-size vehicles, it would be nice to have folks that take long wheelbase and such full-size challenges into mind.
While there is a place for all of you who lift (not lower) your rigs into the heavens, I'm still looking for a forum where realistic off-road usage rather than emulation of fan-favorite Monster Trucks is the goal.

I'm based in the Phoenix AZ area and am in SW Colorado quite often.

Any suggestions ?? Any active members of such Off-road Groups ??

No suggestions but I'm interested too. I'm in the Charlotte Metro area. I just realized within the last week how much mud you carry with you when you go through a mud hole. I think trails are a little more of what I'm looking for.

i don't know of any forums, but I know with my last truck, I went off-roading with a jeep club to get a feel for what the truck could do. Very capable, but these little jeeps could go anywhere. The trail started to close in, so I parked the truck (F150 King Ranch) and jumped in with one of the jeep owners. These are cheaper tucks with much better off-road capabilities.

I can't hate on jeeps although when I was younger I didn't like them much. Always seemed to be a bunch of preppy rich kids with bolt on parts. When I built my Blazer I practically fabed everthing myself. Became a pretty good welder and mechanic doing that. I belonged to a on-line K5 off road group but that was years ago and it was pretty extreame. They did a lot of riding on trails like Carnage outside of boulder, Co and trails in Utah. Never made it to Utah but Carnage was crazy. There was at least one truck that would flip everytime. Pretty much locker only trails. However you could probably google it if you want. I got pretty much all the "safe" trails I need around here. Most of them lead to a tree stand of mine.
