I'm having trouble getting it to work. Everything is downloading, but cant ENTER the manual.

 

Are you trying to "enter" the manual from the zip or did you actually "extract" the files?

If anybody else has problems getting this to open please post. You need to unzip the download, and read the readme.txt.
Thus far, there have been 48 downloads with few problems reported, so I'm sure we can get it figured out.
