What I did this morning
Here is the in cab. I tried with the windows down but just to much wind noise to hear anything. Listen to :20-:40 and 1:43-2:10, that is the MDS sound. Both around 50MPH. Sorry for the rattle, the contraption holding the camera made it.
Also a DIY. If you are going to get a Mufflex and have a shop do it I would recommend just having them install the Mangnaflow and fabbing the pipes and hanger. Just make sure they use SS pipe. It will be cheaper for them to do that vs buying the Mufflex and having them install. Personally I do not like others working on my truck, which made the mufflex perfect.

I was expecting the dual exhaust to be louder. My single exhaust was louder than that in the cab when I installed it. It has gotten even louder over time. Maybe the side exit of the single exhaust creates more cab noise.
Depends where your muffler is located and if resonators have been removed as well. A video of in cab noise is going to be quite different than actual sound in cab.
I just have the mufflex 14" SISO, resonator still on.
