Will any part number mygig work on the 09 Ram so long as it's a high speed bus?? May have a good deal on my hands...

 

I'm guessing here, but the only difference I can think of is it might have a Jeep or Chrysler display screen instead of Dodge. I would think all plug inputs on the back would be the same.

 

hmmm i never thought about the display screen. would be kind of odd to have a jeep or chrysler logo in a ram!!

 

You can change it and just have a regular picture there or display the channel/song information your listening to. It's not that big of a deal really. If you can get a good deal on one it wouldn't matter to me. IMHO

So low speed won't work? I don't do any ebaying but I'm really wanting one of these units but don't want to pay the big bucks for a new one so now I'm thinking ebay. I have learned a little like rer is nav and ren is no nav. Also make sure it has the satalite receiver.

 

Man I missed out on an RER with Nav and Uconnect built in less than 300 bucks I forgot all about it, the guy got if for 281 and change or something like that on a bid placed days ago, I was gonna go in for 300 1 minute before....but I forgot.

 

DOesn't matter which vehicle it comes from. The background will change to dodge.. Mine came out of a chrysler and within a few seconds of powering it on the screen changed to the dodge logo.
