I went to a closing dealer today. At least, the Dodge portion was closing. They are a small dealership. They have three Rams. A 42K TRX-4 Ram Box for 32K. A 40K Big Horn for 30k and a 38k SLT for 28k.

I wonder the kind of deal someone could get now...

 

i heard vehicles like nitros and chargers are being given away... its a real opportunity for someone who just needs a new car and is not too picky

 

I didn't see a Nitro, but I saw a Caravan for 24k.

They are giving them away. The closing dealers need to sell all of them by June 9th.

 

The dealer in C.R. here, said what they didn't sell was being allocated to another dealer. They did have some deals though.

 

A lot of them have already worked out deals with other dealers. Since they stopped production at the plants, some of the the remaining dealers are actually hurting to get some more cars/trucks

 

thats true brummo... but they dont knwo what they are going to get from another dealer.... thats why they are trying to sell the before that happens

 

They want to fire up the minivan plant here I hear. Shortages of minivans...chrysler ones anyway LOL. I think that will be the first to fire up, since actually we are not bankrupt here, I was suprised it closed. Obviously just to get rid of some inventory but now they are short minivans so giving away other cars to just clear lots. That is what I was told be an owner of a dealership.
