Default 2009 Everything Performance.

1954Radio and I wanted to start an aftermarket performance only thread. This is only go fast goodies for the engine, transmission upgrades and axle upgrades.

So far, I know of the following products in production for the 2009. If you know more, or have questions, post up and share the knowledge. If you have dyno info or quarter mile times, please post.

I know I am missing stuff. I can keep editing this post with new products so everyone does not have to go page after page to find things.

Out right now:
XDI Intake
Hypertech programmer - http://www.hypertech-inc.com/media/d...i_trucksuv.pdf
AFE Exhaust
Modern Muscle Throttle Body
STS Turbo Kit (More of a universal turbo kit)

In progress:
Diablosport Predator
AEM Intake

Transmission:
http://www.transmissionsone.com/45rf...s_from_pat.htm Transmission parts. Torque converters.

After market accessories

Tried this way back when. Perhaps it wil be a sticky this time.
Here is links to what was the only aftermarket performance part for our truck.

Hypertech says they have a tuner for the Ram in that PDF. I have my doubts.

A company out of Georgia has the XDI True Flow in stock. Just ordered mine for 299.00
http://www.totalappearance.com/
Contact Tim 770-717-0734.

Here is XDI True Flow
http://www.trueflow.com/xdi.php
They do not sell to individuals.

Here is a review
http://www.off-road.com/trucks4x4/Ne...tegoryId=45938
and I see they posted my question how to get it, typo and all.

Maybe this thread can be a sticky for aftermarket parts 4th gen as they come out.

Before we get to involved with info in here give me a day or so, will have a FAQ section and will populate it with different posts for different items.

I got a customer coming in for the "power pac".

SO Im doing my truck same time lol, good excuse hey!

52001 -- Max Energy Hypertech
300-237 Airaid w/ power tube
46-32005 AFE or 300-631 Airaid spacer plate

Were custom building both exhaust cause Im really not a kit fan so they are getting,

1 Magnaflow w/ Dual 2.5 outs 18" Core
2 Magnaflow 2 1/2 to 4" Tips (engraved)
2 1/2" 13 gauge alumn/gal piping all welded up. (We like the sound much better than stainless here because of the heavier wall pipe -- you lose alot of the tin tin noise)

Kits are great for the mandrel bending however using the appropriate size of pipe this will not matter. Kits are built to be delivered in a box therefore there are many joints (something we try to avoid) The joints always come loose and wiggly wobbly pipes are a common occurrence for us.

Even when customer supply kits (always w/ the diesels) we weld em up anyways and chuck the clamps except for one in the middle so the system can be broke apart for vehicle service.

The idea is for us 2009 guys (only) to be able to go to one thread for all of our engine and drive train performance info. Whether it be new products (especially) or simply ideas to share, and ideas from previous gens as well. A good example is about the 2009 y pipe and catalyst converters, performance upgrade is not available yet. When I first started surfing, I ran across someone who made one and with good dyno results. Had I known there wasn't any available then, I would have tried to contact them. It wasn't important to me at the time, and now I can't remember the site I saw this in. We're supposed to be cranking up 390 hp, and we are not. We need to find the tools to remove chryslers detuned programs, and performance lacking features. Anyways, tks sarguy01, 94rt10ohio, and the rest of you for what ever you can do or come up with
