I got lifetime bumper to bumper warranty and it's been about a month since I purchased the truck. When I bought my Grand Am some years back, I got a card in the mail with my name, deductible amount etc...

Does Chrysler issue something like this and when should I be expecting it? Also, can it be returned?

 

I got the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty about 2 weeks ago myself and was told I would receive everything in the mail in about 4 - 6 weeks. I also got them to throw in 6 years of free oil changes.

 

It took me about 6 weeks to get the paperwork on mine, so it aint no big deal. Just to be sure before I recieved my paperwork I called the warranty claim number and they did verify I had the warranty, you can try that for peace of mind.

 

Is this just a US warranty optioin, as I have never heard of the lifetime bumper to bumper up here in Canada??
If not who does one contact.... as I have bought not one, but two 09 dodge Ram 1500's one for me and one for the wife.

It's the lifetime Maxcare. It costs anywhere from around $1400 on up depending on your dealer. Thats in US $. Check with your dealer as its sold through Chrysler.

Sounds like the forgot about you, I bought my truck in earlyApril and received my Garmin in late May!

 

can you buy this life time maxcare after i bought this truck, i have 1100 miles on it. do i have to buy this before the 3 year/36000 mile warranty is up???
