Hey...been a lurker for several months...you guys are great! At answering questions and finding stuff to spend my money on. A problem came up wed, and figures my dealer that I have delt with since 1995 closed on tue. My Siruis Backseat TV quit working. Was on the phone with Siruis for an hour. Sent a refresh signal, confirmed my subscription, and various other trouble shooting to confirm that is is not a software problem, but a hardware issue. Siruis thinks it may be the video module? On My GIG radio (RER) the ESN for the video subscription is comming up all zeros? The ESN that should be there isn't being recognized? Any ideas until I can find a dealer comfortable using? Where is this video module located? It's not part of the radio because the only ESN's on the radio are for the SAT radio and Traffic. (I pulled the unit from the dash) Thanks in advanced.

 

Any service techs out there? Ayone with a service manual that can help out?
