Well, I'd prefer seeing the diesel, but I'll take the hybrid. Curious as to how much extra it will cost.

The two plugs was already covered. As far as why we "have" to change our plugs "twice" as much. . . it's because they are standard copper core plugs. They are more efficient however they don't last as long. Most manufactures have gone with platinum tipped uridium core plugs. Or some variation. This only makes them last longer.

There's no way I would have another diesel that complied with the new 2010 diesel emission laws. Had an 08 6.7, been there done that.

+1, drove an 08 2500 cummins off the lot and returned the next day to get the Hemi. I'll stick to my late 90's-early 2000's 12 and 24 valve 5.9's and of course, the 7.3

my 97' ranger reg. cab 2.3, 4cy. has 2 plugs per cylinder!! eat that hemi.....

The 2010 Dodge Rams will have:

A revised trim ring around the console shifter,
The tow/haul button will be on the shifter, not on the dash,
The seats will be ventilated from the AC or heater,
There will be a revised engine control program to allow more power sooner and a revised shifting program,
A limited slip diff will be available on all axle ratios,
A body colored grill will be standard on all Sports and optional on all other models,
HID headlights will become an option,
Seat and mirror memory package will be available will all power seat options,
The seats will be revised for more comfort,
22" wheels with low profile tires will be available with a "street look" package that will be similar to the Viper trucks stance,
The sport exhaust will be available as an option on all Hemi engined trucks,
The R/T package will be available on crew cab models,
The EVIC will be programmable to put in order what items you want to see first,
A Mopar approved performance program will be available in a hand-held programmer - you can make changes for tire size, speed governor, shift firmness and gas octane,
An option for self folding mirrors will be available.
The phone Uconnect phone button will be on the steering wheel.

These things will never happen because none of the Big 3 listen to their customers.

you know how excited I was getting just reading that?! thought you worked with dodge or something but alas, kill my dam dreams why dontcha lol

oh and you're right 100% they say they listen to their customers, id like to meet these so called "customers" they speak of

the funny thing is. i have an 08 jeep grand cherokee overland also. just about everything you listed as a "change" is on the jeep. minus a couple things such as a mopar programmer ect. so its not that far out there as a request..
