How hard is the installation? I was looking at the dash and I don't even know where to start. I also have the center console in the way.

 

super easy install the only hard part is the first step, remove the large square chrome trim ring that goes arround the shifter after that its a breeze.

It's very easy. I just installed a high speed RER less then one hour. I got my info from this.
