As I moved forward, the brakes began to engage and I pulled over and shut down. Restarting did not help. The truck would not move in drive without significant amount of throttle. I called the dealership back at that point and they acted like I was nuts (probably because I asked them what they did to the truck to make it behave this way). They gave me the number to a tow truck (had to send a flat bed) and put me in a rental until they figure it out. I have not heard from them yet today but will report more when I get a diagnosis from them.
This is crazy! My truck has BOTH of these issues.... This will be the second time it'll be in the shop for the (probably) rear wheel speed sensor, last time was only a year and a half ago!

The popping under the dash had me pretty worried, but thanks to DF I'm pretty confident I know what is making that noise....

Yesterday , the ABS on the dash , the esc light came on and in the center light came on . Stoped thr truck , shut down for 2 mins. re start and went off.
About 5 mins later they came back on .

For a while I would hear a "ding" noise but I Thought it was from my I phone . I would look at the dash and not see anything on , I am wondering now this was happening at that time also?

Will take it in to the dealer " Linda " and see what they say?
will copy come of what has been posted to shoe her
Thanks

I had all of the same issues listed - they replace the ABS module for me ... well, twice, apparently the first one was bad. It's been fine for several months now. Not sure where that part is located or what it costs, had it done under warranty.

This thread is still alive? Glad to say that I've never had another issue after they replaced the wheel sensor.
