I was skeptical buying the Neon, but after seeing many, many 400 hp cars with a completely stock motor, I fell in love. I may even put the 2.4L, with a turbo of course, in my 1971 Dodge Dart. I could get 5 mpg with a 400 hp 408 stroker, or I could get 20+ mpg with a 400 hp 2.4L. Go ahead, make fun of me!!

We need a turbo Hemi. Low compression motor, like 8.0:1, two big turbo's or one massive turbo, and a stand alone tuner. Then we can take some skittles.

Boost would be great but I dont see that happening for awhile. You also have to think about the power curve for both hp and tq between the two motors. Yea they may make the same hp but Ill guarentee the v8 has way more torque and makes it at a way lower rpm. I'd also guarentee that the power curve would be more flat meaning it would pull harder throught the rpm range. The v8 would also have more potential, remember theres no replacement for displacement.
