Needs a wing, so that the usefullness of the truck is complete

 

It's got 22" dodge wheels(which are gonna be available on '10s) and it had test equipment in the truck. But it does have the older Hemi badge. I'm guessing it had m plates.

 

The 22" wheels will be optional on the 2010 R/T and are forged, polished aluminum. While 2010 R/T production will begin in late October/early Nov., the wheels won't be available until next year (~March). Tires will be High Performance P285/45R22's.
