Ram Box Top Cap Issues
usp45compact, mine doesn't align perfectly either. It doesn't really bother me it's such a small difference. I figured they left it that way on purpose to allow for the bed to flex when driving and not bind the lid or weather stripping. I can push mine down also but just figured it wasn't enough to try and adjust it out. Have you purchased any of the accessories for the rambox yet? I would like to get the dividers for the interior but can't decide if I want to buy them or make them? I've made some templates but haven't had time to cut the pcs yet. Jeff.
Nope, sure haven't. I thought I got shorted them after I got home and went back to the dealership that evening and started popping boxes to see if any others had them. Nope. Kinda crappy you buy a big expensive truck like that and they can't include a few cheapo plastic dividers that integrate into a system they divised. I would have already made my own if I could just think of a place to get a thin board of black plastic. Maybe I'll just break down and make them out of something else like plexiglass or something.
I know exactly what you mean, my drivers side rambox has had 3 sides put on it. They separate away from the top, the dealership has been very helpful everytime, but this is ridiculous. Also the black cap on the drivers side warped (in the spring) and had to be replaced. Anyone else having these kind of issues?
I have no idea what you are talking about....

Drivers side. Gets worse when hot out. But this is at 58 degrees in NH.
The back tailgate cover is a pure piece of **** as well. Keeps breaking the little tabs and comes off all the time. Whomever was the dueschbag that designed that example of donkey feces should be dragged through the mud at the next Arkansas Dodge Truck Rally.
