That show stopped airing 6 months after I was born and even so I watched all the episodes, back when they were re-running them, with my dad. I thought it was the coolest thing back then. Then I grew up and so did KITT. I didn't watch it but the new KITT, a Shelby Mustang, makes me a little randy. For those crazy Dodge enthusiasts, I'm not a Ford fan just a really huge Shelby fan. Carroll Shelby is my number one icon in the auto industry. Well, after Nicolaus Otto and Rudolf Diesel...they paved the way for everyone else.
Ya, that show was lacking a little something.... like maybe acting!! hahaha
The acting was bad, but for a revamp of an 80s show, even that was acceptable. It was when the whole turned out to be a huge Ford-gasm that I walked away. The pursuit mode was uber cheese, but morphing into a fraking F-150 was over the nail in the coffin.
