XDI air intake

Ok, I see that XDI makes an intake for the 09 Dodge Ram 1500. Does anyone know how well the XDI is. Is is comparable to the K&N? Also has anyone put in a leveling kit? If so, how does it look and is it worth it? And what would be the best brand? Thanks for any help.
