Mine is also doing this. Been very hot here lately, so make since that it comes off in very hot weather. Time for some super glue

Mine keeps coming off too. I'm thinking of cleaning the goo off of the housing where it was attached. Anyone know what would be good to clean it with.

Back in 2009 there was an RRT for the removal and clean up of the glue for this piece of insulation, just remove and toss it it really doesn't make a difference in the unit.
