If I remember correctly, the no charge inspections were after 3/36 ended.

The manual says the inspection is done at the 5 year anniversary and with in 60 days of the purchase date to keep the coverage.

Good to know. They must not have understood the warranty then...Thanks for clearing that up.

I meant right now if there was a problem, I have no record of ever changing the oil even though they did it ever 3000 miles or so because that info didn't transfer form the dealer they cut, just the warranty recalls

I was surprised they kept that for as long as they did. It was like you guys over there were getting your cake and eating it too. Hell you get it for 18g off then 0percent for 6 years then lifetime warranty. Hell we didn't get that stuff in Canada, best I got was 7 years on my 03 but that was only for that year. I g0t 3 bumper to bumper on my Ram and then 5 years with deductible on drivetrain but I bought the 6 year bumper to bumper no deductible for 1500 so I am happy but I didn't get 0 percent I think 1.9 from the bank for 6 years. It works out that with 6 years interest, extra warranty, I will pay like 3000 or so less than sticker price....provided I let it go that far.
It's okay but what a time for them to start doing that......Ford is kicking butt,GM is sucking the GOV in both countries....240 mpg ya okay, but how much does it cost to get that, is that gallon of gas enough to recharge batteries for 200 miles? I guess I don't know enough about how that works. I know my hydro works the more I use the more it costs so to charge these batteries is included in the 240 mpg. If you live in an area where they still get your hydro from a coal fired method...gee now we are getting into the green thing. Only reason Canadian gov is giving 10g to people if they buy it, ya a what 50 or 60g car first year on the market anyway they have a 12 percent investment. I don't think it is fair if you are gonna give one car company a break like that others should get recognized for their accomplishments..like the better mileage HEMI"S LOL. Hey they are backwards here anyway my sons car can run on E85 or Gas but there aren't any E85 pumps anyway within hundreds of miles and yes we got 1000bucks rebate for get the E85 6 cylinder instead of the 4 cylinder that got better mileage? Who cares.

It does show a lack of confidence in the product all of a sudden or shouldit look like a product of the economy.

Well yes defiantly glad for I got the 09. I did extend my warranty to the lifetime of the loan...so if anything breaks bumper to bumper it cost only 100.00 I really like the Dodge trucks..but the company isnt doing so hot right now
