If you are still around, what's your impression of the DiamondBack now that you've had it for a while?

 

Shes still great the only problem i have up here in chicago is that the key hole freezes up from the ice/snow, a little deicer and back to normal.

 

Do you have to open the cover before opening the tailgate?

 

I just picked my HD cover at the Eastern Outdoor Sportsman show in PA. Saved a lot. I got the Line X Xtra on my cover. Looks great in the black Install was a easy. Took about 45 min with adjusting the locks. Would have taken less time but I did not realize i had the center section reversed.

 

No. The tailgate opens with the gate closed.
