Thumbs down Problems with RPMOutlets in TX

(Sorry I posted this in the wrong place earlier) Has anyone else ordered anything from this place and had problems?

I ordered a Disablosport tuner from them almost 2 years ago, with a computer cable. They never sent the cable, but they charged me 40 bucks for it. I've been trying to get my money back OR the cable ever since. I've called, faxed, complained to the BBB and the TX State Consumer Protection office all with no results.

On top of that, the original programmer they sent me screwed up the electronics in my truck, believe it or not I was getting 64 miles a gallon according to the computer display. I had to return it to Diablosport in FL for a replacement because RPM wouldnt take it back...so I had a paperweight and a screwed up $40,000 truck(although BOTH vendors say on their websits that they have a 30 return policy.)

Are these guys in the 'bait and switch" game or do they just like ripping off GI's?
