Axle ratio descrepency

at 70 i'm running about 1750-1800rpms, at 75 i am just a hair under 2000. and again that is with 3.55 and 20" wheels

you can go to the dealer, and request a build sheet. all you have to do is take the vin number. and it will show you exactly what your truck has.
