Default HID installation issues

So I just finished intalling some HIDs and when I turned the lights on they didn't work. I flip the high beam switch and the HID high beams work fine. I thought it may be bad relays or something but I switched the wires around and then my lowbeams worked when I used the high beam switch. So I can't get anything with the lowbeam switch.
I know nothing about this stuff so if this makes since to anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Try flipping the 2 prong plug that goes into your ballast. Do you have flicker cancelers?

Well that sucks. I got'em off an hid vendor on this forum and they assured me that cancellers weren't needed. Of course it's most likely something stupid I did, I'll go over everything again. Its funny though how I can get both the low and high beam lights working as long as it's wired to the highbeam switch, and they work perfect with no flickering.

The lowbeam switch deosn't flicker either, it just doesn't work.

I finally figured it out and it was just a stupid mistake. I looked down and saw two extra harnesses with the box so I hooked them between the relay and the light and eureka! The 10000k's look awesome.

Thanks

I got them from a vendor on this forum, here is a link to the thread
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/vendor-...embers-13.html

Send HIDEXTRA a pm about what you want and they will hook you up. They will also give you a coupon code for like 15 bucks an order. I got the low and highbeams for 60 a piece free shipping.

Well I just turned them on for a pic and they flickered and then shut off so the kit needs a canceller. The vendor said the kit didn't need it but oh well.
