i think it should be possible everything should be the same its just all up to dodge to improve our already bought trucks

 

There's a thread around here someplace that says that the 09s can't be flashed to what the 10s have but require an instrument cluster change. Specifically to adding the fuel saver light.

 

I have a fuel saver light on my 2009. Can I get the flash?

 

But is there anyone who has done that successfully?

 

my 09 has the light too. i doubt they are going to give the upgrade out as someone stated earlier but it would be nice if they did.

 

If by that you mean change out the instrument cluster, I think so. Do a search for the thread regarding fuel saver, evic and instrument cluster, I expect you'll find it.

 

It has been done. A guy had his EVIC replaced because of a dead pixel and got the fuel saver light.

All we can hope for is an EVIC malfunction to get the light. I have the maxcare warranty so maybe it will fail someday.
