This just started happening two days ago. when shifting into third gear under normal acceleration, the MDS tries to kick in at the same time the trans wants to hit third gear.This results in a shift with a metallic click that sounds like its coming from the trans but I'm not sure.This seems to be worse when the motor is cold,but still there when it gets up to temp.The MDS works fine except for this. I have the fuel saver light and it comes on all the time.Will a reflash help with this? Thanks guys.

 

There is a TSB for the mds which deals with rough transition. TSB18-019-09. Take it to the dealer for it.
