+1 for that! Stock wheels & tires. 10k miles, not a hint of wobble.

Comfort I have the same truck as you and I also changed out the rims and tires. First balance job was crap had them re-balanced and smooth as glass.

I talked to my dealer and he said it was the original Goodyear tires and he would not balance it since it was past the 2000 mi balance warranty. He suggested I take it to a Goodyear dealer since there is some type of tire warranty from them.

When you get there they will tell you to go to the dealer.........that is what happened to me. I skipped em and bought new tires somewhere else. Why would Goodyear tires cost more at a Goodyear store than at other tire stores...not talking online stores either or discount places?

Did you use the hubcentric rings on your classic 2s? I had a set on my 07 silvy and they wobbled because i didnt use them, I liked the look of the center caps put through the center of the wheel not cheaply screwed on the front.

Alright Update.... long story short I'm going to eliminate the wheels as the problem on Friday. 4wheelparts ordered a set of flat black pro comp wheels and we're going to try those Friday. They're going to try and balance the Classic 2's and if it's a no go, they will swap me for free for the pro comps. At that point, it will have been two different sets of wheels, two sets of tires.... and the dealership will have to figure it out from there. I'm kind of hoping they can't balance the Classic 2's.... would love to have some flat blacks on my truck....
