Would also like to know what caused it. If I had to take a stab from the photo it was the box in the middle behind the truck, it is the worst of them all, therefore was the hottest/starting point.

Dust storm. When from 2 miles of visibility to i could not see the from of my truck in about 30 sec. I was hard on the brake but could show down in time. I was only going 25-30 MPH at impact. The semi next to me was on fire and spread to my truck.

Glad you survived!
That was a great looking truck. Glad you survived. Too bad you now have to begin the haggling process all over again with the dealerships. Post pictures of the new truck when you get it.
