You don't trip on them, the benefit of overlapping the door sills is that that part of the mat dumps any crud out of the truck - rather than the carpet next to the sill.

I've had both Husky and Weathertech, both are decent mats but I'll spend the extra $$$ to get the Weathertechs. The one thing that really bugged me about the Huskys was how it felt like my feet would get caught on the ribs when I was wearing boots with deep lugs.

 

Which color is that? They look gray. I was going to order some for my sport and didn't know if I should get the black or gray.

 

From the picture they all look the same, for over 200 bucks plus shipping compared to 132 plus 10 for shipping they fit good enough for me. I got the black Husky ones in fact called today, floormatsforless.com. to make sure that the front was 2 mats and not a single.

 

Do both fit over the driver side carpet clips or is there a bump there? Maybe it can be removed, never thought about it.

 

I can only speak for the Husky's, yes there is an indentation for the mat clip on the driver side. It helps keep them from moving around.

 

i have had both. in fact 2 different sets of huskys in different vehicles. i always had the same problem. they started to curl up. especially the part by the door sill. which in turn led to stuff getting under the mat. they are good. but just not as good as weathertechs imho

Yes, they'll hook on to the clips just like the factory mats.

 

Mine are black, match the interior awesome, go for the black... I think the gray is a light gray which would match the laramie's interior better.
