Diablo sport tuner says 03-08 WTF?

Diablo sport tuner says 03-08 WTF?
Got my predator today and it showing the correct part number from autoanything but it reads 03-08,
Did i miss something?
or is this what everyone was talking about when they said you had to dl the update right out of the box to get it right?

Thx for the info, i had previously downloaded all of those files before receiving the tuner I guess I should have paid more attention to getting started.
