Default How Can This Be?

Changed oil on my 09 hemi.Took out Mobil 1 5w20+purolator pure 1 filter.Installed kendall GT-1+ purolator clasic filter.Oil pressure went from 58 psi cold to65 psi cold.Oil pressure stays 7lbs. more than it use to from dead cold to full operating temp. GT-1 is a full syn. oil, also 5w20. Pure 1 filter is 99.9% eficent. Classic filter is 97.5% eficent. What The Heck?
