I have a superlift 4", installed myself and saved thousands. It is the exact same as the mopar kit, in fact the dealership thinks it's a mopar kit so I have no problem with warranty. Ride is better than stock

dealership did all the work - except for mount and balance my tires ..

the cross bar below the front diff has to be cut in order for the new drop bracket to be insalled and the front diff to be lowered that is the only cutting.
truct me when you see what replaces it you will laugh .. the piece that comes out weighs about 2 lbs the piece that replaces it weighs about 10 lbs ..

the cost is hard to say it was built into the price of the truck iam guessing around $2800 - 3 k could be more could be less i will try and look into my paperwork if i get a chance

i was worried to untill i saw the whole thing..

hope this helps

As a couple others have mentioned... the Mopar kit is just a rebadged Superlift kit. Just like the Mopar JK kits are rebadged Rubicon Express kits.

With everyone's kit you are going to have to trim on the rear frame where your crossmember used to be... it's the only way to make room for the differential in its new position. If you do not have to take the strut apart, you could do the install at home. There are 2 things that are very time consuming on the install: The rear upper shock nuts are next to impossible to get to, and the front upper differential bolts on the driver's side, they are tough to get at also. Buy yourself a good 18mm ratchet wrench. And you'll need a 36mm socket for the CV shaft nut.

so i notice also that when people upgrade to a 6" lift, they upgrade the gears also as to not get a lag. what is a good website that i can find some higher end gears like in the 4.56/4.88 range?
