The rear seat head rests on my '09 Quad cab, some what block my vision when I am backing up. The ones on my
Ford just pulled out and off. I tried that on my Ram and they extend up but will not pull out.
How can I remove the head rests?

You have to push in both buttons to get them to come out. Note that there are 2 buttons on each headrest. The big one that you use for adjustments and the one on the opposite side that will allow them to be removed. It is sort of flush with the plastic moulding but you can easily push it in with your finger. The headrest will come all the way off then. They probably make it a little tougher this way so you don't accidentally remove them when adjusting the headrest.

They came right out. I didn't see the other button.
