2009 Flash for 2010 features...
Hey, I'd be happy with just the memory function. I've got leather, heated and vented (or should I say vacuumed) seats - you'd think that they'd include the memory package with leather, all the other manufacturers do, BUT NOOO!!! You have to get a Laramie to get the memory function - how stupid is that?!!
Am I the only one here that puts their seat in a comfortable position and leaves it, why are you moving the seat around so much? As far as the tilting mirror, I had that in my '04 Silverado and disabled it. I found it more important to see behind me than the curb.
I would rather have them move the seat and mirrors than get in an accident, but it's still annoying every time I get in my truck after someone else has driven it.
Due to so much crap in my garage only one vehicle fits, and since I leave first in the morning, mine stays out. On the weekends my truck needs to be moved or it gets taken, and since I am taller than my wife or my now-driving son my seat and mirrors keep getting moved. That is why I am griping about not having a memory system to put my seat and mirrors back where I want them.

Would be nice if someone made an aftermarket module that would fix this issue for those that want/need it...
For those that have to have the mirrors, try this (universal):

http://www.lanefx.com/ this one will turn the mirrors out when you turn on your blinker and move the mirror to your blind spot.

The only thing I can figure out useful for the memory seats is if more than one person drives your RAM regularly. With the memory seats you don't have to worry about getting everything just right every single time. My wife will occasionally drive the RAM, but not enough to justify memory seats in it.
My wife's car has the memory seats. I don't think the RAM does it, but on her's the whichever key you use to unlock the car, the seat will auto-position for that person. So, when I get into her car for whatever reason I don't have to worry about my knees being up in the dash.
I did have a buddy who used the memory seats just for himself. He had a "tooling around town" setting, and then a "long drive" setting. The long drive one had him sitting more upright and a more serious driving position. He had to use that because if he was too comfortable on a long drive, he would fall asleep at the wheel, regardless of how much sleep he'd had or how much caffeine he drank.

Well, this feature is most convenient when two people drive the vehicle. My wife loves it b/c she doesn't have to readjust everything the few times she drives the truck. It's not just memory seats. It's tied to the key fob, so when she uses her key fob to open the truck, it adjusts everything and when I say everything - that includes the seat position, mirror positions, pedal position (adjustable pedals), last temperature setting, radio presets, etc. It's awesome having separate sets of radio presets and temp settings. And then when I get back in, I don't have to change anything either. It was worth the few dollars it cost.
