Default Max tire size 09 Ram 4x4

Max would be 33 x 11.5... TRX4 can fit 35's but barely. Had both on my TRX4

i have been told that 33s will fit on stock, but im waiting for my lift and going 35s. daystar has a 2.5" front and 2" rear lift, only $150 to be able to fit 35. if u get the new issue of petersons 4wd they have a article on this lift. looks really good

The 285's fit with no problem i would think you could go a size bigger.

After much reading and searching and due to the replies on this post, looks like it will be the 285/70/17 BFG all terrains for me. Is anyone running this size tire with the 3.55's in the rear, see any problems with it? Re-gearing front and rear would be a pretty penny. Thanks.

Man I assumed cuz I bought a sport it would come with 3:92's....not like they are racing gears but for these big tires and wheels you would have thunk. Seemed faster during the test drive...but we didn't test drive ours....we supposedly drove an exact replica except it had a different redio. We could not test ours cuz it was all full of snow and I didn't wanna wait. Like what differences could there be..........I am a dumbass.
