Default ICE in Dallas Tx

WE drove from Lancaster to Garland last night in the "STORM". The snow was coming down and the wind was blowing pretty good. The traffic was really bad.... People driving 10 mph with there flashers on . Left at 5:30 drove 28 miles , arrived at 7:00

Left to go back home at 11:30 and the traffic had thinned out, still people driving really slow.. The bridges had ice on them and the roads were ok.
I counted 22 cars/trucks on the side or ready for tow?

Dallas drivers that can't drive on a regular day, should stay off the roads in ice conditions.
