Odered floormats from Weather Tech.... One thing needs to be said, there service department sucks giant hippo ***!!!! Paid for 4 day shipping and still hasn't arived 12 days later...

 

Were they in stock? I've always had great customer service from them.

 

4 day shipping means that when they ship it that you will have it in 4 days. Not that you will have it 4 days from when you order it.

 

I feel your pain man. I've dealt with these types of things on several items for the truck. The problem is that there aren't a ton of the trucks out there so alot of the parts are "made to order". Hence, the extended waiting period. I love the floormats though, they're worth the wait.

 

I feel your pain aslo...I ordered my floor liners 3 days before Christmas and they still havent shipped yet. I called today and they are supposed to ship tomorrow. They were made to order and thats why the delay..Also they say 7-10 WORKING days so I think holidays and weekends are not included . Hope you get yours soon. I cant wait for mine and ! I ordered front and back for the crew cab. I'm afraid to lift my carpet mats in the front because I have heard guys saying there are slits in the carpet under the mat. that would suck since the front stock carpeted mat is all one piece and the new floor liners are 2 seperate pieces in the front. I will probably check tomorrow and hoping mine doesnt have those slits. I have 1800 miles on my truck and wish I had these before all the snow we just got.

 

Ditto on the crappy shipping service...mine took 10 days to arrive.
But man-o-man do they make some nice mats!

I think it is just the time of year you are ordering them. It is winter and lots of people may be buying slush mats. I got mine in less than a week back in June.

 

I looked under my front mat today and the center hump does have 2 BIG slits cut into the carpet. WTF! Its going to look like crap if I remove the stock mat and put the 2 piece Weathertech floor liners in.

 

I cut the center portion out of the stock front mat, left about 3" on each side to sit under the weathertech mats. Would be nice if they offered a mat for those of us with the front bench seat, since I do use the center seat occasionally.
