I would suggest trying it out without sway bars and see how it goes. I tow a 29ft coachman bunkhouse, it's 5500lbs dry, I tow it without sway bars, just a weight distribution hitch. When I bought it, I pulled it home through a rain storm, and it pulled with no issues at all.

Have you ever towed a 12' tall RV in gusty winds? I suggest you try it before throwing out bad advice within this community.

If all you you can do is jump on the thread with hair-brained criticism...then STFU!!!
Relax I did not realize we were talking only 12 foot trailers, I haven't pulled one of those but I was sharing my experience with what I towed. Sorry you don't know how to pull a trailer or you can't drive or it's windy where live is that but STFU is uncalled for. I hope you get your towing issues corrected, enough unsafe rigs out there already.

I just realized I should be telling the original poster that I hope he gets his trailer woes figured out, would be scarey to have a trailer drifting around I have seen it and it scares me to pass them. Good Luck let us know what works for you.

You are 100% correct. Unfortunately with RV's we sometimes get a little lax with our load distribution since they typically have their most convenient storage bins up front.

The original poster says the trailer will be in a lot.....so does he really need the extra equipment. I've travelled all summer with a smaller trailer, the first time out I didn't have a torsion bar, and the ride was OK but not perfect. I purchased the torsion bars and the next time out it was night and day......I don't think I will be needing sway bars, as I didn't notice any fish tailing all summer.
If you are only delivering it to your summer spot, my guess is you don't absolutly need it. If you oplan on travelling with it, IMHO I would definatly get torsion bars.
