At least the plants in Canada and Mexico are still open after Chrysler took the AMERICAN bailout dollars. The government should have mandated closing plants outside the country before they put Americans out of work. NO I DO NOT WORK FOR CHRYSLER

Chrysler Canada did not go bankrupt by the way and the Canadian government put their share in so get your facts straight. Chrysler would be dead if it were not for the Canadian vehicles...Minivan, Charger, Challenger
The Canadian government gave it's proportion to the amount of plants we have. There are 2 assembly plants that build vehicles in all of Canada. There used to be like 8 where I live alone. Now Toyota seems to be taking over and in the strangest location, Woodstock. ON

What I can see from the Detroit Auto Show Chrysler is not doing anything spectacular just parking their models amongst Ferrari/s and whatever other Company Fiat owns. Maserati
Look at those pictures of the cars Fiat builds, look what we are used to driving. I am a little afraid for Chrysler. Daimler still has their grimy hands in the pot.

I don't know about plants being opened or closed but the dealer called yesterday and said I have a VIN. Hopefully shipping out Jan. 20 but I'm not holding my breath. I ordered the truck (1500 crew cab sport with rambox) on Dec 9. Somebody must be working.
