New to this site great info question I just ordered a 2010 crew sport with the media center 430 cd/dvd/mp3 radio option for 800 dollars my dealer tells me that doesn't come with the u connect phone I'm cool with that but when I do the build it option on the web site it shows that it comes with it and a Ipod connecter as well is this correct? Another Question I just assumed the Grill is chrome but I saw a video of a blue sport test vid on utube that a blue grill any help?

 

I'm not sure about what radio the "430" option. But, if it doesn't include UConnect, it won't control an iPod.

Word I have heard is the Sport can be ordered with a chrome grill or a body-colored grill. So what you get depends on how your dealer put in the order.

 

The 430 radio comes standard with uconnect according to the buyers guide, it is optional with 130.

The sport trucks should have body color surrounds. The regular cab short bed should have black grills, all others chrome.

Thanks I figured out that 09 Sport Crews had chrome grills and 10 Sport Crew has painted grills [check out the brochures same blue Sport truck different grills] crap I like the chrome better I quess I'll have to buy it seperate anyone know how much they cost? I'll have a infreno red grill in a couple of months for sale

 

The REN unit doesn't have the uconnect or the ipod cable built into it unless that is something that changed for 2010. The RER which is the nav unit has the uconnect and ipod connectivity built into it but not the REN, in the REN you have to add them. Could be wrong though.
