What I need is the full VIN# to look it up. Just PM me your email address and I'll send the info. Its easier for me to send it by email instead of a PM.

I have a bizarre situation. I ordered a Ram on March 29th, it is now June 29th. The shipment date on dealer connect says June 28th , but the build status is “I” meaning that built but has not past all of it's tests. The dealer has never seen a situation where the shipment date on the build sheet is in the past, but the status says it is still in the factory. Any thoughts?

I WAS told that I would be eligible for the $2000 price drop that occurred June 1st though.
Those times are WAY to long. As long as the plants are not shutdown it should take no longer than 6 weeks, give or take a week or two depending where in the country you are. Now, I will but an * on this.... It does seem Canada takes longer......
IMHO the dealer is more to blame here than Dodge. Dodge builds them, the dealer is the communication piece. They are working for you to sell you a truck. They should do better following up with Dodge to find out why your truck sits where it does, again, they are selling you the truck, they should do the leg work. Sometimes delays are due to one option you ordered and making a slight change will get the truck moving. I know if I was a salesman and my commission was riding on a truck sitting on an order I would be checking it out daily.
