Has anyone seen this transmission line pressure booster from Sonnax?

Put one on my truck 2 months ago.

 

Looks easy and cheap... forgive my ignorance but why??

 

I am an underexperienced transmission guy also, what will this do?

 

Basically it increases the line pressures in your transmission so that it will shift harder so there is less slip in the trans between gears which is supposed to help the trans run cooler. This is a good product to make your truck more fun to drive but if you already have the tow/haul button then I'm not sure why you need it.

 

So the Tow/Haul button is doing the same thing as this jumper?

I dont think the tow haul button increase`s line pressure. (????)
I believe all T/H button does is change the shift program.
