New Laramie
That is a decent deal, especially if it includes sales tax.
I picked mine up on Tuesday and love the truck. The only complaint I have is a couple of interior squeaks, but other than that it's a great truck. I ended up getting the 2010 CC Laramie in Austin Tan (two tone) with Nav, sunroof, bucket seats, bed liner and tow package. I was lucky enough to get employee price, so it ended up around $35K not including tax. I couldn't be happier with the deal. I do wish it had 3.92 gears like my '08 had, but I will hopefully see better fuel economy with the stock 3.55 gears and all wheel drive.
Good luck.

Another Austin Tan here! I actually had the metallic red in mind when I went to the dealer, but all three of the red ones had chrome bling accessories on them (sidesteps, wheels), and looked like pimpmobiles. The one we drove was Austin Tan and it grew on me in the test drive. 15000 miles later I am still overjoyed with this truck. I wish they'd had one with the Rambox, but that's OK, I have a wider bed than I would have done and I'm $2k better off.
It sounds like current prices aren't far off what I paid in April 09, just before the bankruptcy (like a week before). Mine was $32k, CC Laramie 4x2 with tow package, sunroof & nav. In the nicest possible way, I hope the prices go back up, because all these discounts are reminiscent of what happened before Chrysler failed.

Last year (around March) I picked up my Laramie (White w/ Light Grey Stone Pearl) for around 35K (out the door, everything) here in So Cal. This was about 10K off the sticker.
4x2 with 5.7L, Navigation, U-Connect, Bedliner, Tow package, 3.92 gears, Backup Camera, 32 gal tank, 500W 9-speaker stereo, No Ram Box however.
The dealer gave me a few more bucks off with a "Hemi" rebate and a customer loyalty rebate (owned a Durango).
Also got 3 years 0% financing. I know a short timer after they went to 4 years, Anybody else get this?
I think I got a pretty good deal
For what it's worth, after 12500 miles, I love this truck!

Well I pulled the trigger and got a little better deal than before. 2010 Ram 1500 Laramie, 4x4 w/ chrome steps, nav, sunroof, buckets, seats, rear view camera, class iv hitch
OTD price was $39185.
WOW! I'm excited. What a vehicle. It's even a TRUCK

When I ordered my Laramie last week, I wanted the inferno red in monotone. Dealer said this option was not available in inferno red. This was also confirmed by a couple of other dealershops but I know I've seen them on the roads.
