For the NW guy, where did you buy your truck? How much under invoice should I expect to pay. I don't know if pricing can be discussed here so PM me if that helps. Is invoice minus incentives the best I can do? I hate negotiating at the dealer.

i bought an 09 so there were a lot of rebates but for reference I looked at the Kelly Blue Book and bought my truck for a little less than they listed it used with 5,000 miles so I felt I got a good deal.

I have a 1998 dodge ram 4x4 with 3.55 gears and under the hood the label says anti spin rear. I was under the impression as it was stated on this forum that anti spin is dodges term for limited slip. last night in the ran i mashed the pedal at a red light and sat there slipping both rear wheels so I would believe this to be somewhat true. share any info you may have if this is not please.

Your in the wrong forum, this is for 4th Gen. The 3.55 gears are not limited slip on the newer rams, don't know about a 1998.

The Traction Control System (TCS) will apply a bit of brake when it detects wheel spin. As the Owner's Manual states: "This feature remains active even if TCS and ESP are in the “Partial Off” mode." Not as good as a limited slip, certainly not as good as a full-on locker, but it does do the job.
