Programmer is going to improve power in all driving conditions. CAI is only going to help in WOT upper rpm...which isn't a normally common range in a truck.
I have the Diablosport, no problems here. The one tune fits all programmer is always going to have people on both sides of the fence. At least with the one I have you have custom tuning options.
